Well even though it was a horrible day (read previous post), it was still my birthday so I should at least post some pictures of the cake or something.

On today, March 8, 2008 my beloved dog Huckleberry was put to sleep.
He was going to be 13 years old this May. He was the greatest beagle anyone could ever ask for. I love him so much and I am so upset. Today was my birthday and this was by far the worst gift ever. I swear I have never cried like this before, and I am not an emotional person, I hate sharing my feelings.
I will miss the guy that always was happy to see me and come barking greeting me at the door when I came home. He always played with me and cheered me up when I was sad. He will be missed tremendously by everyone in my family.
He led a great life and was well taken care of and loved, but it is still so sad to let him go. I don’t know what I am going to do tomorrow when I am not met in the morning by my friend to come and see me and lick my face, wag his tail and jump on me.
Rest in peace, you are a beloved member of this family and we will never forget you.

This one was from Christmas 2005, he always loved to knock down the pillows on the couch and lay on them.
The next two are from June 2005 during my father’s birthday and father’s day (its usually the same day, so he gets twice the presents!).
Using associate-o-matic.com, I was able to create My-Market.US tonight. It is in its beginning stages, I only had about 45 minutes to work on it, so it isn’t pretty at all. I’m working on squeezing some information out of Jay on how to get it set up without looking like crap.
Keep checking the site, I will be doing mass changes over the weekend.
I plan on deploying a whole series of [item]-market.us. Eventually you will be able to access them all by going to your-market.us which will give you a listing of them all.
I really like how the blog is coming along. I added more plugins today and added myself to feedburner. I found out easier ways to get the sidebar the way I want it, all thanks to Paul over at the Homeowner’s Blog. Paul showed me very cool and useful plugins plus how to use them. It’s all thanks to him that I am still up tonight playing around with them!
As for the websites that I still dream of creating, I was given some helpful hints by Paul and Jay over at the Gaulard Blog. I bought some domain names a few weeks ago in hopes to start some affiliate sites using Amazon and Newegg. I always put this off since I thought it would cost too much to get into and run, as well as take many hours to configure and maintain. Paul and Jay gave me a site where I can just purchase the code for a year and make as many Amazon affiliate sites as I want, making it very simple to set up. Now all I have to do is find time to put everything together.
Once again, THANKS Paul and Jay, great advice today.

Don’t you just hate trying to go to sleep when the sun has already came out? I finally just finished that damn English paper (didn’t help that I messed around with the blog of over an hour in between!).
Work starts in less than 2 hours and I need to sleep. What a dilemma. I have class tonight from 6-9p, bet you anything I won’t be touching this blog at all tonight because I’ll be catching some zzz’s pretty early. I have a wonderful test to look forward to as well tonight, yippe. :(
Hopefully Wednesday will come soon, I took 1/2 a day to get the car some new brakes. If the weather is nice I might change the oil as well.
Wow, besides pushing everything else to the side and getting no sleep since Saturday, the blog is finished and I am very happy. All I have left to do is draw people to it and change the header background images. Jamie and I were discussing what to put on there and we both want to keep the same color schemes. I think we should take different aspects of our life and make each color one of them. For instance she plays soccer and I love computers, so green for the soccer field with a few balls and a net, and maybe orange or blue for me with laptop floating around or network wires, I don’t know. We’re open for any suggestions at this point.
Anyone want to buy me the latest photoshop?? I’m working with version 6 and it sucks.
Well I should be doing that English paper now, but its time to switch the laundry over so yet another thing pushes the paper to the side. I have a test tomorrow too, can’t wait for that after working all day.
Well after a full day of work and doing tons of laundry, I decided to tweak the ads and other little features rather than doing my english paper that is due tomorrow. Oh well, guess it will be another late night, but it will be hard to stay focused because I would much rather be working on this site.
Ok, since I am pretty new to PHP, I am having a hard time trying to find out where I can change the number of posts to be shown on the homepage.
Currently, it is only showing 1 and then sticking the others in little boxes, which is cool and all, but just how many boxes with it put on 1 page? That is part of my dilema right now.
All this and I still can’t find where to change the damn About page!!!! It’s no where to be found!!!
